Ushering in a New Era of Call of Duty - Black Ops 3 from Treyarch

BLOPS 3 will be the Call of Duty game releasing in 2015. BO3 was created by the popular development team known as Treyarch and will feature characters with technological upgrades. The storyline explains that humans are having implants installed into their bodies to improve certain aspects of themselves. Additionally, the military has developed and put into use weapons that are a bit more advanced.

Black Ops 3 isn't as far-fetched as the Exoskeleton-ridden gameplay seen in Advanced Warfare, but it definitely exceeds the technology and abilities that players had in previous titles of the series. Treyarch has revamped the game's movement system, adding in boosts and other enhanced maneuvers, but they aren't as wild as the flying acrobatics players are able to achieve in Advanced Warfare. Plus, players will get to field test a whole plethora of new guns - check out the full Black Ops 3 weapons list for details.

Not impressed by being able to pull off boost jumps and extended slides? Perhaps having super abilities and access to high-powered weaponry is more your style. To spice up the online battles Treyarch has introduced Black Ops 3 specialists, a class-based system which allows players to select a unique character that can use either an advanced weapon or a powerful ability once the player has acquired enough super energy. Players can choose to use a weapon that change the tide of battle in a few short moments or use one of many abilities that allow them to pop out of sight, teleport back to a previous position, and a lot more.

A lot of long-time Call of Duty fans have been disheartened by the look and feel of titles like Advanced Warfare and Ghosts. Some have even given up on call of Duty altogether and gone to other FPS titles. Others are banking on Black Ops 3 to save the day. Many people absolutely hated that you could fly so high with the exo suits in AW, as well as get kills using laser-powered rifles. The boosts and such in Black Ops 3 are much more subtle than the over-the-top movements that players experienced in Advanced Warfare. For those that love the Black Ops series, BO3 will be a great addition to the line. Both new and seasoned players will benefit from using a CoD Black Ops 3 guide to help them get started in the game.

As if enhanced movement abilities and a whole new class system wasn't enough, Black Ops 3 has a few more additions as well. Gunsmith is a nifty new addition that makes it possible to view weapons in a 3D atmopshere as well as make custom designs to stick on the sides of a gun and more. All of these brand-new features will definitely help Black Ops 3 feel like a new game. Lots of players are in the mindset that Call of Duty games are nearly all copy-and-paste jobs just with slightly different maps and guns. BO3, on the other hand, has a lot more to offer than that.

Love it or hate it, there are plenty of gamers that are excited for CoD: Black Ops 3 to hit shelves later this year. The only real competition the new Call of Duty title faces this holiday season is the new Star Wars Battlefront title being made by DICE.
